Westminster ignores petition against 100% arts cuts

Westminster Council will go ahead with planned cuts to its arts spend of £350k despite receiving a 500-strong petition against the decision. The money was being spent on programmes such as English National Ballet’s older people’s schemes and community and youth arts services from Paddington Arts.
