Westminster Council signs off on 100% arts funding cuts

All of the Council’s £350k arts funding will go by 2014/15. The money is currently spent on commissioned community arts projects, including English National Ballet’s older people’s schemes and community and youth arts services from Paddington Arts, Dream Arts and Streetwise Opera.
