Welsh arts hit as Cardiff Council approves £50m cuts

More than ten arts organisations, including Sherman Cymru, Chapter Arts Centre and Hijinx Theatre, will lose all council funding, while council-managed New Theatre and St David’s Hall could be outsourced to external operators.
