Venue criticised after turning away ticket-holders without ID

Hundreds of people attending a gig at London’s O2 Arena were denied entry because they didn’t have photo identification, with fans claiming they weren’t warned about the restriction. Ticket site Stubhub, the O2’s official partner, deemed the policy “unfair” and offered all affected ticket holders a refund.
