Ulster Bank sponsorship of Belfast Festival at Queen’s cut by two-thirds

Instead of its usual annual payment of more than £300k, Ulster Bank will only sponsor a third of that amount for this year’s festival. The bank has been a supporter of the festival for over seven years.
