Ticketing company hijacked by email scammers

Tens of thousands of email accounts have received what appears to be a booking confirmation for a genuine production at Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre, but is actually a vehicle for malware viruses, in what has been called “one of the most sophisticated phishing scams security experts have seen in the UK”. Ticketing company BH Live said its internal systems “have not been breached”.
