Theatre inquiry finds child protection failings

"Misconduct and/or mismanagement" by two former trustees at the Concordia Theatre in Hinckley, Leicestershire, coupled with shortcomings in the charity’s Child Protection Policy, put children at risk, says Charity Commission.
