Scotland’s arts budget might not be cut, Scottish Government suggests

Speaking to The Times, Derek Mackay, Scotland’s Finance Minister, said the country had “put our money where our mouth is” with regard to culture, and those assuming there will be a cut “should maybe wait and see the budget”.
