£6m refurbishments needed for Fruitmarket Gallery

Edinburgh’s Fruitmarket Gallery is set to launch a fundraising appeal to bring its facilities up to date. The refurbishments will see the gallery close for over a year. Director Fiona Bradley said the gallery is “no longer fit for purpose” and needs attention to secure a future.
