£6.2m bid to create new Edinburgh arts complex

An arts and education trust hopes to purchase the Old Boroughmuir High School to create spaces for projects, workshops, classes and performances, as well as providing social housing. The new venue would also be used as an Edinburgh Festival Fringe venue.
