£45m revamp for Bristol’s Colston Hall

Building work, expected to begin in 2017, will involve remodelling the main auditorium, installing a larger stage, new balconies and seating, and redeveloping the second hall and cellars into performance and educational spaces. This is the latest phase of a refurbishment that began in 2007 and has already seen a £20m new foyer built.
