Promming tickets to be sold online for the first time

In a bid to accommodate working people and non-Londoners, this year the BBC Proms will reserve 100 standing tickets – less than 10% of the total – for online purchase during a three-hour window on the day of the performance. Promming tickets will also increase in price from £5 to £6.
