Private flats and arts centre chosen over social housing for Richmond redevelopment

Plans to turn a sorting office in Richmond into a £4m development with housing and an arts centre have been called ‘morally bankrupt’ by opposition Councilors, who see the project as a missed opportunity to create more social housing in the area.
