Plans submitted for £75m creative arts building in Leeds

Leeds Beckett University hopes the building, which would house its School of Film, Music and Performing Arts, will be the city’s “centrepiece for the cultural landscape” ahead of Leeds’ bid to become European Capital of Culture 2023.
