Perth Theatre to close for £14.5m refurbishment

The local council has approved final plans for the theatre’s redevelopment which include a new 225-seat studio performance area and three new creative learning spaces. The 460-seat Edwardian theatre auditorium will be restored and conserved, and the orchestra pit and upper circle will be reintroduced.
