Orchestra told it should have acted sooner in trademark dispute

The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain (UOGB) sought a High Court injunction against the German-based United Kingdom Ukulele Orchestra (UKUO) ahead of its upcoming UK tour. UOGB is considering further legal action, since the judge ruled in favour of the UKUO.
