Opera lover apologises for scattering ashes in orchestra pit

In a letter to the General Manager of the Metropolitan Opera, Dallas resident Roger Kaiser has apologised for causing a security alert by carrying out a promise to a dying friend that he would scatter his ashes at various opera houses.
