Old Vic overhauls board following Spacey turmoil

A series of proposed changes would see Sally Greene lose her honorary title of Chief Executive but remain with the board with unchanged responsibilities as ‘Founding Trustee’. A new restriction would prevent incoming trustees serving for more than nine years, although this will not apply to existing board members. Director Stephen Daldry, who took up a trustee position in 1998, has left the board.
