Major arts centre to open in old Estonian submarine factory

(IN ESTONIAN) Tallinn’s ‘Multifunctional Centre for the Arts’ will offer almost 900 square metres of exhibition space and aims to provide key support services to local grassroots arts organisations. The building is one of three arts projects to receive support from the European Regional Development Fund.
