London theatres could raise more from donors, says Nick Starr

The Executive Director of the National Theatre has said London theatres could probably grow their fundraising campaigns if they have at least a “reasonably interesting artistic policy”. He acknowledged that those outside the capital face greater challenges, stating an “urgent need” for increased funding in the regions.
