Leigh MP calls on ACE to make up Lottery shortfall

Over 20 years Leigh has received £265k in arts funding from the National Lottery – more than £6m less than the average constituency. The Leigh MP is calling on Arts Council England to rectify the situation by supporting plans for a new performance space.
