The Scottish Fundraising Standards Panel has confirmed it is looking into how the Glasgow School of Art spent £20m in donations to restore its fire-ravaged Mackintosh Building. The Daily Mail reports the charity had also received more than £50m from insurers to cover the damage.

A spokesperson for GSA has disputed this figure, telling AP the insurance payout was only £47m.
