Glasgow’s Kelvin Hall to re-open as “sporting, cultural and academic powerhouse”

The building will re-open at the end of the summer following a £35m restoration. A second phase of its redevelopment could see the vast site become home to the Hunterian Art Gallery and Museum as well as contemporary artworks from the National Galleries of Scotland by 2020.
