The Dublin theatre says publishing the report, which assessed accusations of inappropriate and aggressive behaviour by former Artistic Director Michael Colgan, would breach the guarantee of confidentiality given to participants in the inquiry. Colgan previously apologised for “misjudged behaviour”.
