Funding cuts hinder post-Olympics collaborations

Arts organisations have returned to working in isolation for fear of an uncertain future after the London Olympics, according to Artistic Director of Theatre Royal Stratford East, Kerry Michael, who has warned that cuts to funding restrict the time available to create partnerships and work on collaborations.
