A Wednesday night performance of 'Death of a Salesman' was evacuated after a ceiling collapsed in the West End theatre, causing minor injury to at least four theatregoers. The Ambassador Theatre Group, which runs the venue, said: "We take the safety and security of our audiences extremely seriously and we are doing everything we can to ascertain the cause of the incident."
