Equality, pay and actors’ health hot topics at Equity conference

Members at the actors’ union annual conference have passed motions to establish effective minority monitoring, to improve performers’ experience of the casting process, to tackle bullying, to support performers with mental health problems, and to ensure fair pay for children and fringe performers.
