Dutch minister wants fewer festivals

Dutch Justice Minister Ferdinand Grapperhaus said a reduction in festivals would help police tackle illegal drug use. The Netherlands has one of the world's largest festival markets, with 19.5 million visitors expected to attend more than 1000 festivals there this year.
