Councils’ concerns delay Hampshire Arts Centre

Plans to knock down an activity centre and replace it with a £4.5m arts centre in Ringwood in Hampshire have been delayed over concerns from Ringwood Town Council and New Forest District Council about noise and traffic disruption.
