Conservatives question Labour over arts funding record

Culture Secretary Maria Miller wrote to shadow Culture Secretary Harriet Harman accusing Labour of reducing lottery funding to the arts while in power and failing to encourage philanthropic giving. Miller also said it was time for the opposition party to reveal what their arts funding policy would be if they were in power.
