The Changing Room gallery is the major arts casualty in Stirling Council’s £24m cuts plan

The Tolbooth, Artlink arts agency, MacRobert Arts Centre and small voluntary arts groups will also lose out as the Council pledges to protect “our most vulnerable citizens.”
