The Borough Council and the Northern School of Art are joining forces to run a programme of creative-themed events and seminars at the Centre, which aims to support "innovators and entrepreneurs who will create the jobs of tomorrow" and encourage students from Hartlepool’s colleges to stay in the town when they graduate.
