Biggest ever protest against oil sponsorship at British Museum

Over 300 people demonstrated against BP’s sponsorship of the museum’s temporary exhibition on the Assyrian king Ashurbanipal, in a protest organised by activist group ‘BP or not BP?’. The event also sought to draw attention to the links between BP and the Iraq War.
