Arts Council England has confirmed that its North West regional office has signed a contract to move into new offices at The Hive in Manchester. Situated in the city’s Northern Quarter, The Hive was built to house design and other creative businesses in sustainable office spaces. Michael Eakin, Regional Executive Director of Arts Council England, North West, said, “The Hive will give us a great new base from which to continue to deliver to the region, and it will enable us to house nearly 60 new jobs in the city. It feels right for us to be based in the heart of the creative quarter, to contribute to its continuing growth and to… create a greener, more sustainable model of office.”
