eBay sends ticket resellers to StubHub

ebay has announced plans to integrate its ticket reselling services with StubHub, a ticket reselling service the auction site has owned since 2007. From May, customers wishing to resell tickets on eBay in certain categories will be redirected to StubHub’s core categories of concerts, comedy, theatre and sport. The website was launched in the UK in December 2012 and claims to be the only site of its kind that does not also sell its own tickets or charge additional booking fees at the point of purchase.
