Collections Trust

The public are being encouraged to find and photograph examples of Art Nouveau architecture and art in their local area for Europe’s online cultural heritage project, Europeana. The Collection Trust is asking people to find examples of the art on Google maps and upload it to a dedicated flickr site, in a week-long crowd sourced campaign starting on Valentine’s Day. The drive to collect photos is part of Partage Plus, a scheme which aims to digitise 75,000 Art Nouveau objects from 23 European countries and create 2,000 3D models.
