Campaign to tackle bullying in Creative Industries

A new campaign to challenge bullying and harassment in the entertainment industries has been launched by The Federation of Entertainment Unions (FEU). ‘Creating without Conflict’ aims to work with employers to draw up effective policies and procedures that will protect staff and freelance workers from bullying and harassment, and help members to challenge and report incidents without fear of reprisals. The group has launched a survey to gather views on bullying and harassment in the industry.
