The Art Everywhere project, which will display images of art in public space including billboards, airports and bus stops from 8 August, has raised over £113k towards its £200k fundraising goal. Working with a crowdfunding model, the project encourages donors to give £3 to pay for a poster site to feature images of art. Those who give above £15 are entitled to a rising scale of gifts designed by British artist Bob and Roberta Smith, with those giving over £450 entitled to own one of the billboard-size posters.
