If we claim that creativity is central, then we need to get out of our bubble and contribute to the conversations in places where we are not really sure that we belong, says Adrian Lochhead.

George Monbiot wrote an article last week which basically says we are not doing enough to ensure that the planet or at least the humans on it survives and that we need to do much more than get ourselves a coffee cup. Which was obviously a bit of a disappointment.
In all probability George’s article will have received a great deal less attention than Alistair Cook scoring over a hundred runs in his final test.
