Inverclyde's Beacon Arts Centre has named KAREN TOWNSEND its new Creative Producer and LESLEY DAVIDSON as General Manager.
Previously Programme Producer for the Scottish Drama Training Network, Townsend has also worked as Head of Learning and Access for Ambassador Theatre Group.
Davidson joins Beacon after 21 years at Glasgow's Citizens Theatre, where she started as Front of House Manager.
Director PAULINE KANE said the pair bring a wealth of experience to their new roles.
"I look forward to working alongside them as we embark on the next exciting stage of the Beacon’s journey, delivering a diverse and accessible programme for the people of Inverclyde and beyond."
