Development Director and Joint CEO BETH HOUSE has left Taking Flight Theatre Company.
She founded the company, which works with Deaf and disabled performers, 12 years ago and said she was "in awe of all we've achieved".
House also opened Wales' first and only theatre for deaf children at the Wales Milennium Centre in Cardiff early last year.
