ELONKA SOROS has been named Creative Access' first Development Director.

A former BBC journalist and advisor to former Director General Tony Hall, Soros has worked as a consultant for Creative Access for four years, designing and delivering action plans on diversity, equity and inclusion.

Soros' will work alongisde CEO and Founder JOSIE DOBRIN to shape Creative Access' growth and development strategy.

"I am excited to take on this new role alongside Josie and the team, to help shape the next 10 years of Creative Access in its continuing mission towards the day when the creative industries reflect society," said Soros.
