HANNAH HARRIS has been appointed as the new Chief Executive of Plymouth Culture. She joins from Plymouth College of Art where, as Director of Development, she initiated numerous partnership projects both nationally and internationally, focusing on arts education, talent development and business start-ups within the creative industries.
