KEITH MERRIN has become Director of Tyne & Wear Archives & Museums, leaving Sunderland Culture, where he has been CEO since January 2017.
Merrin combined his role at Sunderland Culture with being Director of the National Glass Centre. From 2008 to 2016, he was CEO of Woodhorn Charitable Trust and before that led Bede’s World in South Tyneside.
In his new role he succeeds former Director IAIN WATSON who announced his retirement last year.
