JOSH MCNORTON has been appointed as Cultural Director to lead the establishment of Wembley Park Arts, a new cultural programme for Wembley Park, which will be a key strategic partner during Brent’s year as London Borough of Culture 2020. Most recently Head of Arts & Culture Programmes at East London arts centre Rich Mix, he was previously co-founder of the sensory arts and research festival Open Senses and Producer at Nesta’s flagship festival FutureFest.
