TV presenter GABBY LOGAN will become the new Chair of upcoming cultural event LEEDS 2023.
She takes over from FRANK FINLAY in January.
Former Leeds City Council leader JUDITH BLAKE has been named a patron. She has supported the event since the initial bid to become European City of Culture.
"They will both bring their own extensive skills, passion and knowledge to support the LEEDS 2023 team and help us deliver a transformative and landmark year of culture," said Leeds 2023 CEO and Creative Director KULLY THIARAI.
