Leadership restructure at Arch 468

SOFIA STEPHANOU will become Executive Director and Co-CEO at Arch 468, taking on more responsibility for producing and organisational strategy. Formerly Producer at Paines Plough, she joined Arch 468 as its Executive Producer last year.

Founder, Artistic Director and CEO REBECCA ATKINSON-LORD takes up a new position as Artistic Director and Chief Executive at An Tobar & Mull Theatre. She will continue with her Artistic Director responsibilities at Arch 468 while acting as Co-CEO with Stephanou.
