FRANCES JEENS is the Jewish Museum’s new Director.
Jeens was formally the museum’s Director of Learning and Engagement and has been the interim Director throughout the pandemic.
Her new role comes ahead of the museum’s 90th anniversary celebrations.
Chair of Trustees NICK VINER said the appointment is in recognition of Jeens’ leadership during the last two years.
“The board has great confidence in her and the whole team as we move into our next exciting phase of our strategic development.”
Jeens said: “Leading the museum over the past two years has been a great privilege and I now look forward to working with our committed board, staff and volunteers as we continue to build the museum of the future."
