The Royal Scottish National Orchestra has appointed current Head of Creative Learning at Horsecross Arts, JENN MINCHIN, as its new Director of Learning and Engagement. LOUISE STORRIE will be the new Education Manager. She joins from community music project New Rhythms For Glasgow.
