Five join the NCO Board

Five new members have been appointed to the Board of the National Children’s Orchestras of Great Britain. BRIAN WEIR is Director of Student Experience at Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama; FIONA HARVEY runs an arts consultancy company; MIRANDA FRANCIS is the Area Leader in Aural Training at the Royal College of Music; WILLIAM NORRIS is Managing Director of Southbank Sinfonia; and JONATHAN MAYES is Director of Residencies and Regional Programme with the Philharmonia Orchestra.
